2010 Lions Bowl All-Star Football Game  

Once again, the Santa Cruz Host Lions Club celebrates a great tradition: The 5th Annual Lions Bowl High School All-Star football game. The Lions Bowl, which is normally held at Cabrillo College each December, features graduating seniors from high schools across Santa Cruz County. The two teams are composed of the graduating seniors from high schools in "north" county and "south" county. The two teams compete against each other for bragging rights, and their name on the Official Lions Bowl trophy. The Lions Club also hosts a preliminary "Spaghetti Feed" for the teams. This helps the seniors get to know each other, and to have “a taste” of what Lionism is all about. All proceeds from the Lions bowl go right back into the community.
