The Santa Cruz Host Lions Club awards $500 scholarships each year to the five high schools that are within our jurisdiction. They are Santa Cruz, Harbor, Soquel, Pacific Collegiate and Costanoa high schools.
The scholarships are awarded to those students who have exemplified service to their school community and have a good academic record.
The recipients are selected by their respective schools. The checks are given to the students at a Club luncheon meeting, to which we also invite parents and school officials.
