Lions Nisene Marks Park Marathon
On the first Saturday in June, the
Santa Cruz Host Lions Club sponsors the Nisene Marks Marathon, which
includes a half marathon and 3 K runs as well. The run starts in Aptos
Village and proceeds through the beautiful trails of Nisene Marks State
Park.
The Lions provide refreshments to all runners,
awards to the winning runners and a good time to all. 100% of the proceeds
from the Nicene Marks Marathon go to support the sight and hearing
impaired in our community.
